Each competition this year has brought us a different beam champion. On the wiliest of events, this is to be expected. When Simone made all of her difficulty, she came out on top. When Simone fell and Kyla downgraded, the impeccable Peyton Ernst earned top honors. If Kyla Ross brings all of her upgrades AND competes with the clean execution she is revered for, she is most likely to take the title. However, beam is precarious, and in the end, the steadiest competitor is likely to take it.
